You will receive the $25 bill credit after completing the 30-day eligibility period in Canada. The credit will be applied within 30-90 days after this period ends.

If your credit is not applied within 30-90 days after the eligibility period, please contact customer support for assistance.
No, only new CanadianSIM customers who have not yet ordered can be referred. If you have already applied for a SIM card with CanadianSIM but not ordered yet, please contact [email protected].
Both your account and your friend’s account must be in good standing to receive the referral credits. If either account is not in good standing, the credits will not be applied.
An account in good standing is one that is active, current on payments, and not flagged for any fraudulent activity or policy violations.
