BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Plan the timetable as well as the major

Fall entrants study two semesters per year with a summer break; winter entrants take four consecutive semesters with short breaks. Those patterns affect your living-cost plan. Neither the published schedule nor an application to Civil Engineering Technology guarantees a current seat or allocation to Municipal.

THE STUDY STRUCTURE

The same credential with different study calendars

The diploma requires 61.5 credits across 24 courses. A fall start has a summer break between years; a winter start has four consecutive semesters with one- or two-week breaks. If a specialization is in high demand, SAIT uses first-year cumulative GPA to determine allocation.
