Digital Media ProductionSAIT
Digital Media Production is a one-year certificate in creating visual content for videos, campaigns and digital platforms. Its computer and software requirements are an important part of the budget even though the program has no required textbooks.

Check the computer you will bring
The program permits Windows and Mac computers, with separate minimum specifications. That still requires checking your exact machine. Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office are required purchases, so a zero textbook allowance does not mean there are no study-material costs.

Tuition and listed additional fees

Non-refundable · One application with ranked choices
There are no required textbooks. Review the official Windows or Mac specification before buying or bringing a computer, and budget for Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. The source does not quote prices for those purchases.
SAIT's general application policy sets the non-refundable international application fee at $175. Follow the Digital Media Production instructions when preparing the rest of your application.
Read the application payment guide ↗Check the academic route
SAIT assesses the documents and course equivalents for education completed outside Canada. Demonstrating English proficiency does not by itself establish that your academic subjects meet the program requirements.

English
At least 60% in English 30-1 or English 30-2.
-
Mathematics
At least 60% in Math 20-1 or Math 20-2. Both subjects, or accepted equivalents, and English proficiency are required. Foreign education requires international document assessment.
English proficiency is a separate requirement
Assessment results must be from within the year before your application. A transfer or deferral can require updated results when that period has passed.
