ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Check the academic route

SAIT assesses the documents and course equivalents for education completed outside Canada. Demonstrating English proficiency does not by itself establish that your academic subjects meet the program requirements.

  1. Math and English

Math 30-1 at 60%, and English Language Arts 30-1 at 60% or 30-2 at 75%, or accepted equivalents.

  2. Science

At least 60% in Science 30 or Physics 20.

  3. Language and declaration

English proficiency and assessment of foreign education apply. Enter Civil Engineering Technology and declare a major before year two. First-year cumulative GPA determines allocation if a major is in high demand.

English proficiency is a separate requirement

Assessment results must be from within the year before your application. A transfer or deferral can require updated results when that period has passed.
