Use the current hospitality entry route
Apply to Hospitality and Tourism Management, then choose specialization courses after the common foundation, subject to availability. The former stream names should not lead you to a separate current-entry application. Also allow for the required REST 250 laundry charge, which sits outside the annual tuition and fee table.

The diploma totals 63 credits across 22 courses. Its structure includes hospitality core and multi-disciplinary core courses, one capstone choice, two junior specialization choices and one senior specialization choice. Availability affects the options. REST 300 appears in more than one group, so this guide does not treat every listed entry as another required course.
