The published $43,016.50 estimate covers the full two-year diploma. SAIT says its Office Professional certificate courses match this diploma's first year, allowing those graduates to enter year two. That pathway does not automatically apply to every office-administration qualification; confirm your entry and charges with SAIT.

Books and supplies are approximately $1,000–$1,500 per full-time year. Bring a laptop that meets SAIT's guidance and include the four-week practicum in your schedule. Advanced-entry applicants should confirm which books and charges apply to their actual course load.
The program's application block states a non-refundable $175 international fee. A year-two pathway does not establish a fee waiver. Keep checking your SAIT admission communications for the steps that apply to your application.

SAIT assesses the documents and course equivalents for education completed outside Canada. Demonstrating English proficiency does not by itself establish that your academic subjects meet the program requirements.

Mathematics
At least 50% in Math 10C or Math 20-3, or an accepted equivalent.
-

Assessment and the internal pathway
Education completed outside Canada requires an international document assessment. The year-two entry route described here is specifically for SAIT Office Professional graduates; it is not a general equivalency or application-fee exemption.
English proficiency is a separate requirement
Assessment results must be from within the year before your application. A transfer or deferral can require updated results when that period has passed.
