This route adds construction economics, geotechnical design, reinforced concrete, structural steel and structural wood design to the common Civil foundation. Virtual Design and Construction instead has specialist drafting and augmented-reality courses. Apply to Civil Engineering Technology and declare the major before year two; a high-demand major is allocated using first-year cumulative GPA.

English proficiency and foreign-document assessment apply. Major allocation uses first-year cumulative GPA if the specialization is in high demand; admission does not guarantee a particular major.
English proficiency is a separate requirement
Assessment results must be from within the year before your application. A transfer or deferral can require updated results when that period has passed.
