Check the conditions for licensing credit

SAIT lists ten months of AME-S licensing credit for students who achieve at least 95% class and lab attendance and at least 70% overall marks. Those conditions belong to the licensing credit. Keep them separate from the school-subject requirements used to enter the certificate.
