Match the accounting credential to your starting point

SAIT's Accounting certificate, Business Administration diploma and four-year BBA have different entry points and budgets. Older search results also describe a separately named Bachelor of Applied Business Administration. The amount below prices the four-year BBA, rather than that applied degree or a diploma graduate's assessed remaining study.

Compare the full named credentials before choosing an application route. A later transfer assessment determines which earlier courses count.

Preparing to study

Allow $1,000–$1,500 per full-time year for books and supplies, plus a standard-specification device. SAIT describes preparation for the accounting profession, but its overview and accreditation sections use different CPA pathway wording. Confirm the professional route separately from the BBA study budget.

Applying to this program

Apply through BBA General and follow major declaration, screening and registration requirements before year two. A SAIT Accounting diploma may support later-year entry; Bow Valley Accounting transfer information lists up to 51 credits subject to assessment, not a universal 60-credit award.
