University of Regina international undergraduate application fee
For a first-entry international undergraduate applicant, Regina lists a CAD 100 application fee. A CAD 1,000 enrolment deposit follows acceptance of admission and is applied toward tuition and fees.

Start with the undergraduate route
The university's international undergraduate fee page lists CAD 100 to apply. This page covers first-entry applicants. A transfer applicant should check the relevant category before using that amount as an application budget.
Accepting the place brings another payment
The CAD 1,000 enrolment deposit is due upon acceptance of admission. All of it is applied toward tuition and fees. Keep the application payment and enrolment deposit as separate stages of your plan.
A partial refund has a specific condition
Regina describes the deposit as non-refundable unless the student's study-permit application is denied. In that case, the student can request a CAD 500 partial refund and must provide supporting documentation. This condition concerns the deposit; it does not establish an application-fee refund.
